email us, and we’ll be happy to help. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all products are new and have been factory inspected prior to shipment to you. We allow up to 15 days to return your item from the date it was received.
To get a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, and we must be able to resell the item as new.
To return a product, please call us at (317) 783-3861 and let us know. Freight charges for returns for other than defective merchandise or for Bob’s Master Safe and Lock errors are the responsibility of the customer.
If the merchandise is defective or we have made an error, we will make it right. We will gladly pick up the item and either issue a refund to you or ship a replacement to you at our expense.
Please note that in all cases, we ask that you pack the item securely for the return shipment to our warehouse.
